A leading global financial services company is seeking a Benefits Specialist for an initial 4-month remote contract, with potential for extension. You will manage UK and EU benefits programs, ensuring compliance and effective stakeholder relationships, and need at least 4 years of relevant experience.

You will join an initially 4-month contract with the potential for extension.
This role requires someone highly knowledgeable in UK benefits; knowledge of EU benefits is beneficial but not required.
This role involves being a central point of contact for daily operations of UK and EU benefits programs, contributing to strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives. Responsibilities include responding to company benefit inquiries, leading project plans within timelines, ensuring compliance and accuracy, maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and consultants to adhere to policies, and working with data to analyze and develop offerings in the business.
You must have at least 4 years of experience in a benefits-based role, the ability to work autonomously, a suitable work-from-home setup, and your own IT equipment (minimum a laptop).
This role requires a DBS check, which will be reimbursed.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This is a fully remote role.
