Job Description:

The One Group offers an exciting opportunity to work within a benefits team for a global company leading in the financial services industry.

This role is initially a 4-month contract with potential for extension.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of UK benefits, with beneficial but not mandatory knowledge of EU benefits.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations of UK and EU benefits programs, contributing to strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives, handling benefit inquiries, leading project plans, ensuring compliance and accuracy, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and analyzing data to develop business offerings.

Requirements include at least 4 years of experience in a benefits role, ability to work independently, a suitable work-from-home setup, and own IT equipment (minimum laptop). A DBS check is required and will be reimbursed.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This is a fully remote position.
