Job Description:

The One Group has an exciting opportunity to work within a benefits team for a global company that is a leader in the financial services industry.

You will be joining an initially 4-month contract with the potential for extension.

This role requires someone highly knowledgeable in UK benefits; knowledge of EU benefits is beneficial but not required.

The responsibilities include being a central point of contact for daily operations of UK and EU benefits programs, contributing to strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives, responding to benefit inquiries, leading project plans within timelines, ensuring compliance and accuracy, maintaining effective stakeholder relationships, and analyzing data to develop offerings.

Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in a benefits role, be able to work autonomously, have a suitable work-from-home setup, and own IT equipment (minimum a laptop).

A DBS check is required and will be reimbursed.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This is a fully remote role.
