The One Group has an exciting opportunity to work within a benefits team for a global company that is a leader in the financial services industry.
This is an initial 4-month contract with the potential for extension.
The role requires in-depth knowledge of UK benefits, with beneficial but not mandatory knowledge of EU benefits.
Responsibilities include serving as a central contact for UK and EU benefits programs, contributing to strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives, responding to benefit inquiries, leading project plans within specified timelines, ensuring compliance and accuracy, maintaining effective stakeholder relationships, collaborating with consultants, and analyzing data to develop business offerings.
Applicants must have at least 4 years of experience in a benefits role, the ability to work autonomously, a suitable work-from-home setup, and their own IT equipment, including a laptop.
A DBS check is required and will be reimbursed.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This is a fully remote position.
