The One Group has an exciting opportunity to work within a benefits team for a global company that is a leader in the financial services industry.
You will join an initially 4-month contract with the potential for extension.
This role requires someone highly knowledgeable in UK benefits; knowledge of EU benefits would be beneficial but is not required.
The responsibilities include being a central point of contact for daily UK and EU benefits operations, participating in strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives, responding to benefit inquiries, leading project plans within timelines, ensuring compliance and accuracy, maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and consultants, and working with data to analyze and develop offerings.
Requirements include at least 4 years of experience in a benefits role, the ability to work autonomously, a suitable work-from-home setup, and your own IT equipment (minimum laptop).
This role requires a DBS check, which will be reimbursed.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This is a fully remote role.
