Job Description:

The One Group has an exciting opportunity to work within a benefits team for a global company that is a leader in the financial services industry.

This is an initial 4-month contract with potential for extension.

The role requires extensive knowledge of UK benefits; knowledge of EU benefits is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities include being a central point of contact for UK and EU benefits programs, contributing to strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives, responding to benefit inquiries, leading project plans, ensuring compliance and accuracy, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and analyzing data to develop offerings.

Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in a benefits-related role, be able to work independently, have a suitable home workspace, and possess their own IT equipment (minimum laptop).

A DBS check will be required and reimbursed.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This is a fully remote role.
