The One Group has an exciting opportunity to work within a benefits team for a global company that is a leader in the financial services industry.
This is an initially 4-month contract with the potential for extension.
The role requires extensive knowledge of UK benefits, and familiarity with EU benefits is advantageous but not mandatory.
The responsibilities include being a central point of contact for daily operations of UK and EU benefits programs, contributing to the strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives, responding to benefit inquiries, leading project plans within deadlines, ensuring compliance and accuracy, maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and consultants, and analyzing data to develop business offerings.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in a benefits-related role, be able to work independently, have a suitable home office setup, and possess their own IT equipment (minimum a laptop).
A DBS check will be required and reimbursed.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This is a fully remote position.
