Job summary

adi Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth for the Facilities Engineering division across the UK. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with commercial and industrial clients.

You will leverage proven experience selling Hard FM services and work closely with senior leadership to deliver growth across multi-disciplinary engineering solutions while supporting long-term maintenance and facilities contracts.

Qualifications

Experience selling Hard FM services to commercial or industrial clients.
Proven track record in business development within facilities engineering.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and with senior leadership to win opportunities.

Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities across commercial and industrial sectors.
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with growth objectives.
Build and maintain strong client and key account relationships.
Collaborate with operations to support multi-disciplinary engineering solutions.
Support development of long-term maintenance and facilities contracts.
Monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure excellent client service and ongoing account development.
