Job summary

adi Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth for the Facilities Engineering division across the UK. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with commercial and industrial clients.

You will leverage proven experience selling Hard FM services and work closely with senior leadership to deliver growth across multi-disciplinary engineering solutions while supporting long-term maintenance and facilities contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience selling Hard FM services to commercial or industrial clients.
• Proven track record in business development within facilities engineering.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will help drive the growth of our Facilities Engineering division by developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with commercial and industrial clients across the UK.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with proven experience selling Hard FM services and delivering growth within a facilities engineering environment.

Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities across commercial and industrial sectors.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Building and maintaining strong client and key account relationships.

About you

• Full UK Driving Licence.
