adi Group's Facilities Engineering division is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth across the UK. The role focuses on securing new business, building strong client relationships, and coordinating with engineering teams to deliver integrated Hard FM solutions.

The ideal candidate has proven BD experience in Facilities Engineering, excellent negotiation skills, and a track record of winning new business with commercial or industrial clients.

Qualifications

• Proven business development experience within Facilities Engineering.
• Experience selling Hard FM services to commercial or industrial clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive and results-driven approach to winning new business.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior leadership.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across commercial and industrial sectors.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client and key account relationships.
• Collaborate with operational teams to support multi-disciplinary engineering solutions.
• Support development of long-term maintenance and facilities contracts.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure excellent client service and ongoing account development.
