Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the implementation of business development and marketing plans for the group, working closely with the Senior BD Manager and partners.
  • Develop and execute client targeting strategies.
  • Facilitate proactive cross-selling of services across the firm.
  • Lead the drafting of pitch documents and credential statements, collaborating with the bids team.
  • Collaborate with the events team to deliver impactful client events, seminars, and networking opportunities, ensuring clear ROI and effective follow-up.
  • Lead on thought leadership campaigns, BD products, client communications, and marketing initiatives, tracking ROI.
  • Oversee directory/award submissions.
Person Specification:
  • Solid business development experience gained within the legal or professional services sector.
  • Proactive, tenacious, and creative approach with a can‑do attitude.
  • Strong commercial awareness and focus.
  • Experience in IP, regulatory legal, or tech sectors is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.
