This pro-active, consultative B2B sales role focuses on delivering value-based solutions to HR, health & safety, and employment law clients across the UK. With an 80-year legacy of industry leadership, the successful candidate will build relationships with C-suite executives, drive pipeline, and exceed revenue targets, earning a strong guaranteed minimum plus lucrative OTE

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of B2B business development experience.
• Proven capability in value-based selling over transactional pitches.
• Able to engage C-suite, HR heads and business owners.
• Willingness to travel across the UK with a full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Attend face-to-face appointments secured through own network and self-generation.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and untapped segments.
• Rigorously manage and forecast a sales pipeline for quarterly growth.
• Build rapport and lasting trust with senior stakeholders.
