The Portfolio Group is partnering with a leading Health & Safety, HR, and Employment Law specialist to hire an experienced Business Development Manager. This field-based role focuses on securing high-value clients through consultative, value-based selling and proactive networking.

You will join a high-growth commercial team with uncapped earning potential, including a guaranteed minimum and an attractive OTE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of successful B2B Business Development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in value-based selling over transactional pitches.
• Ability to navigate diverse corporate environments and engage varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Direct Sales Execution: attend face-to-face appointments via own network and self-generated leads.
• Strategic Market Development: identify and cultivate new business opportunities and untapped segments.
• Pipeline Management: manage a robust sales pipeline with quarterly growth.
• Stakeholder Engagement: build rapport with C-suite, HR Directors, and Business Owners.
