Enterprise Digital Experiences (EDX) is responsible for the product management of American Express proprietary digital products Amex Mobile App Web Identity Digital Commerce & Customer Personalisation.
As a team we are focused on driving Cardmember engagement satisfaction and revenue through a combination of best‑in‑class user experience and compelling features and functionality. We have a global remit and with our partners across the Enterprise we bring the best of American Express payment and payment‑related services to life through our digital experiences.
The Customer Personalization Team is amongst the core team within EDX focused on integrating intelligence and value into customer channels with the aim of improving customer satisfaction driving revenue contribution and unlocking efficiency.
The Senior Associate Digital Product Management will play a key role in supporting the evolution of key personalisation products accelerating growth and embedding personalisation across the Enterprise. If that fits your career vision we’d love to hear from you.
Experience in product development or product management including Agile software development and tools like JIRA Rally Mural or InVision.
Understanding of roadmapping backlog management story writing and testing.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to grasp complex processes quickly.
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Comfortable working in ambiguous fast‑changing environments and able to adapt quickly.
Skilled at analysing data from multiple sources to assess product performance and make informed recommendations.
Detail‑oriented with strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for creating impactful presentations and analyses.
Self‑motivated proactive and accountable with the ability to work independently across time zones.
Bachelors degree (preferably in business product development digital marketing systems management or a related field) or equivalent experience.
Employment eligibility to work with American Express the United Kingdom is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
