We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Client Service to join our Global Liquidity & Margin Services team. This role is in London.

Responsibilities
  • Working closely with our Sales / Relationship Management, Product, Regulatory teams, Risk, Compliance, and Legal to improve and build new and existing client relationships.
  • Supporting clients in addressing moderately complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.
  • Monitoring client inquiries, resolving non-routine issues and escalating complex issues as needed
  • Participating in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills and best judgement to interpret information and to provide our clients with information related to BNY products
Qualifications
  • Several years in a client facing role.
  • Good understanding of different liquidity products, Collateral segregation, Money Market Funds, Cash deposits, Client Money accounts
  • Ability to build relationships across BNY lines of business and act as a client advocate within BNY
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, and good time management.
  • Project management experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • Experience in an operational area and/or client services
  • Great team player
