Basic qualifications
  • Sr. Art Director experience at advertising agencies and / or as an in-house creative (min. 10 years’ experience)
  • An online creative portfolio demonstrating award winning conceptual thinking skillset, as well as strong expertise in digital advertising, art direction and design.
  • In-depth understanding of industry design tools (Ex. Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, InVision) and a basic understanding of UX design.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and interactive storytelling ability.
  • Strong organisation and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent in craft and a critical project owner.
  • Insight and data-driven; obsessed with measurable impact of a campaign.
  • A fascination with innovation and technology.
  • Self-starter, proactive with strong ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task.
  • Able to supervise and guide cross functional creative teams, ensuring alignment, quality, and consistency throughout the work.

Key job responsibilities
  • Concept, art direction, design, oversee and execute innovative ad campaigns and experiences for global brands.
  • Partner with copywriters, designers, program managers, developers strategists and producers to create customer-focused solutions that deliver on advertiser objectives.
  • Independently lead and supervise campaigns from brief to execution and collaborate with internal teams, clients and external agency partners.
  • Obsessed with understanding customers and making work that delivers both innovation and results.
  • Present ideas and concepts to clients, agencies and internally.
  • Proven ability to ideate for film, print, digital, out-of-home, experiential and social.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once within budget and deadlines.
  • Be proactive in developing new products and ideas on behalf of the customer.
A day in the life
  • Partnering with a variety of brands, media and creative agencies to work on innovative campaigns for Tech, FCMG, fashion and luxury brands • Supervising creatives and production partners to keep the creative vision sharp and ensure the work meets the highest bar from start to finish.
  • From designing brand experience from documentary films in Prime Video to Alexa branded experiences, you will always strive to create a never been done before ideas.
  • Presenting a campaign to brand clients and their partners in creative and media agencies.
  • Reviewing edits and work in progress with your partners, collect and respond to feedback in order to meet the highest creative standards.
  • Work with your team on proactive projects and initiatives and bring them to life.

  • Proven track record of executing projects successfully with teammates in different time zones.
  • Experience working with different regions.
  • Strong mentorship skills.
