Job summary

A well-established multi-disciplinary Architectural practice in Leeds is seeking a Contract Architectural Technologist. The role involves preparing detailed drawings and supporting projects from initial concept through to completion, specifically in areas like heritage buildings and infrastructure. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in architectural technology and be proficient in Revit. This contract position offers hybrid working with office attendance required for 2 days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in architectural technology.
• Proficient in Revit (daily use required).
• CAD skills beneficial.
• Experience across diverse project types preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing technical and detailed drawings.
• Supporting projects from concept through to completion.
• Working on heritage buildings, transport schemes, healthcare and manufacturing projects.
• Collaborating with the wider design team of 25+ professionals.
• Contributing to the technical delivery of complex building projects.
