Overview

Senior Architectural Technologist job in Liphook offers the chance to take a lead on various residential projects. You will be joining a supportive practice where your technical expertise and leadership will be highly valued.

This team focuses on delivering high-quality residential projects from bespoke homes to small developments with a focus on client care and thoughtful design. Role & Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage construction projects through RIBA Stage 4, including drawings, specifications and liaison with consultants and Building Control
  • Provide technical support and leadership to two architectural technicians
  • Oversee project progress, reporting regularly to management on actions and outcomes
  • Ensure design and technical information is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the process
Required Skills & Experience
  • Qualified Senior Architectural Technologist with proven experience in construction stages
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to resolve complex design details
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft 365 including Teams and SharePoint
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with experience managing others
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a small team environment
