We are excited to present an exceptional opportunity to join a AJ100 Architectural Practice, celebrated for their innovative designs in commercial office projects across London. Our client, an award-winning architectural practice, is in search of a dedicated Senior Architect who thrives in managing projects to completion. .

Role Overview:
As a Senior Architect, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants, ensuring seamless communication and project execution. Your expertise will be pivotal in leading a large commercial office scheme through stages 5-6.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the project through construction to completion.
• Manage and liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants effectively.
• Ensure high standards of project delivery while adhering to timelines and specifications.
• Provide mentorship and support to team members, promoting a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

• Registered with RIBA/ARB with a minimum of 5years post-qualification experience.
• Proficient in job running and project management.
• Commercial office experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
• Revit proficiency is essential.

Location:-
This role Hybrid 4 days office / 1 day home, with requirements to attend sites as necessary, allowing for a perfect blend of in-office collaboration and on-site engagement.
