Senior Architect

London | Hybrid Working | AJ100 Practice | 150-Strong International Team

Our client, a respected and forward-thinking AJ100 London practice, is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join their thriving team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 5+ years of post-Part 3 experience who is either operating at senior level or already working as an Associate but open to stepping into a Senior role temporarily before rapid progression (subject to performance).

The Role

You will take a leading role on large-scale, complex projects, working across all RIBA stages, with particular strength in Stages 4 & 5. This position demands someone confident in leading teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and representing the practice in client-facing settings.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years post-Part 3 experience
  • Strong track record delivering large-scale schemes across all RIBA stages
  • Extensive experience in Stages 4 & 5
  • Masterplanning experience (essential)
  • Sector experience in commercial and healthcare (core focus)
  • Additional experience across residential and retail is highly desirable
  • Exceptional Revit capability
  • Proven ability to lead teams, coordinate consultants, oversee project delivery, and maintain high design quality
  • Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
  • Full right to work in the UK
