Qualifications

• Appropriate experience as a RAF Painter & Finisher tradesperson or equivalent.
• Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to adhere to safety protocols and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise painting tasks for the MoD under strict quality standards.
• Manage and train teams on Surface Finish in various tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.

Skills

Experience as a RAF Painter & Finisher

Full UK Driving Licence

Ability to follow defined procedures

Education

NVQ Level 3 in Aeronautical Engineering (Desirable)
