This role focuses on preventing incidents, debugging at scale, and partnering with Engineering, Product, and Implementation to deliver reliable performance.

Qualified candidates will have 6+ years in senior technical support or production engineering, with experience in AI/automation platforms and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Diagnose and resolve incidents in live agentic AI systems.
