Qualifications

• 6-9+ years in senior technical support, reliability, or production engineering roles.
• Support or reliability roles in AI / automation platforms.
• Familiarity with AWS / GCP / Azure.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing failures in multi-agent AI
• Analyzing AI behavior in workflows and data quality
• Configuring platforms and helping Engineering & Product teams
• Preventing repeated incidents through disciplined RCA and fixes
• Escalating to the right team and communicating clearly to customers
