Ema Unlimited is hiring a Senior Technical Support Specialist to oversee live AI systems in production. You will ensure health, reliability, and trust across agentic AI deployments, working with Engineering and Product to resolve incidents and prevent repeats.

Ideal candidates bring 69+ years of senior technical support experience in AI or automation platforms, with cloud familiarity (AWS/GCP/Azure) and a strong customer-facing mindset. This is a full-time role with remote flexibility.

Competenze

• 69+ years in senior technical support, reliability, or production engineering roles.
• Familiarity with AI/automation platforms and multi-cloud environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise AI workloads and incident management.

Mansioni

• Diagnose failures in multi-agent AI environments.
• Explain AI failures to customers and internal teams; provide RCA and preventive actions.
• Escalate to Engineering & Product; influence roadmaps with production insights.
• Maintain calm, factual communication during incidents and outages.
• Improve on-call hygiene and incident response processes.
