Ema Unlimited is seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to own health, reliability, and trust in our agentic AI systems. You will partner with Engineering, Product, and Implementation to prevent incidents and improve system learning in production.

You will diagnose failures, perform RCA, and translate AI behavior issues into actionable feedback while maintaining calm and factual customer communication. This role offers full-time remote work with equity potential.

Qualifications

• 6–9+ years in senior technical support, reliability, or production engineering roles.
• Experience in AI / automation platforms
• Familiarity with AWS / GCP / Azure

Responsibilities

• Diagnose failures in multi-agent AI workflows and production systems.
• Lead RCA to prevent recurring incidents and improve on-call hygiene.
• Escalate to right teams and communicate clearly with customers.
• Influence product roadmap with support insights and production data.
