Job summary

NowVertical is seeking a Director, Solutions Consulting to drive high-impact enterprise opportunities at the crossroads of sales, consulting and AI innovation. You will lead discovery, value engineering, and commercial structuring to translate business priorities into scalable, revenue-generating engagements.

This senior role requires executive presence, credible AI and data capabilities, and ownership of the end-to-end engagement lifecycle, including early billable work and team development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solutions consulting, presales or client-facing leadership.
• Experience independently shaping and progressing complex enterprise opportunities from discovery to signed engagement.
• Strong commercial acumen including ROI analysis, pricing, scoping and SoW structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise discovery and value engineering with senior stakeholders.
• Translate challenges into quantified business cases covering ROI and value realization.
• Independently manage opportunities from discovery to engagement closure.
• Develop structured approaches to complex business problems.
• Build client confidence by tying solutions to measurable outcomes.
• Lead the solutions consulting and presales function and improve repeatability.
