American It Systems in London is seeking a Director of Solutions Consulting to marry sales, consulting and AI innovation. You will own the conversion layer turning strategic opportunities into scoped, revenue-generating engagements.

You will run billable consulting engagements, build presales capabilities, and drive value-led outcomes with C-suite, business and technical stakeholders. This is a hybrid, permanent role reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solutions consulting, presales or client-facing leadership.
• Proven ability to independently shape and close complex enterprise deals.
• Experience setting up and running billable consulting engagements in AI/ analytics.
• Credibility across business and technology with deep AI fluency.

Responsabilités

• Independent deal conversion from problem-shaping to signed opportunity.
• Lead early-stage consulting engagements to demonstrate measurable value.
• Own scoping, pricing and SoWs for EVP sign-off.
• Build reusable solution frameworks and presales assets.
• Lead a solutions and presales team and work with exec stakeholders.
• Shape market positioning and contribute to thought leadership.
