Job summary

Welocity, on behalf of NowVertical, seeks a commercially minded Director, Solutions Consulting to lead complex enterprise opportunities at the intersection of sales, consulting and AI innovation. You will translate business challenges into compelling data and AI solutions, lead value engineering, and shape how NowVertical takes its data and AI capabilities to market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solutions consulting, presales or leadership.
• Experience delivering billable consulting engagements within data/AI environments.
• Strong commercial acumen including ROI analysis, pricing and scoping.
• Deep understanding of AI-led transformation including generative AI and automation.
• Hands-on familiarity with modern cloud data ecosystems (GCP, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake).

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities.
• Translate challenges into quantified business cases covering ROI and cost savings.
• Independently manage opportunities from discovery to signed engagement.
• Develop repeatable solution frameworks, demos and value‑engineering tools.
• Guide sales teams on solution positioning, pricing and delivery feasibility.
