Qualifications

• 10+ years in solutions consulting, presales, value engineering or client-facing consulting leadership.
• Independently shaping and closing complex enterprise deals.
• Experience setting up and running billable consulting engagements in data, analytics or AI-led environments.
• Credibility across business and technology with fluency in AI-led transformation.
• Familiarity with modern cloud data ecosystems (GCP, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake).

Responsibilities

• Owns commercial structuring - scoping, pricing and SoWs - and can articulate business cases in client conversations.
• Identify and shape AI-led business use cases (GenAI, Agentic AI, automation).
• Lead a team while remaining hands-on and billable when it matters.
• Collaborate across sales, delivery and leadership to drive deal success and early value realization.
