Job summary

The company is seeking a Senior Manager to lead client engagements in its Consulting team, supported by Directors and Managing Directors. You will develop junior colleagues and apply data, AI and emerging technologies to create measurable business value.

You will manage day-to-day delivery, drive risk management and stakeholder engagement, and contribute to business development and thought leadership. The role emphasizes executive-ready communication and tangible outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Strategy or Management Consulting or senior client-side transformation roles.
• End-to-end engagement leadership across problem definition, prioritisation, delivery, adoption and value realisation.
• Multi-party delivery orchestration across delivery teams, client functions and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Structure and lead projects or major workstreams with Directors/Managing Directors, owning delivery and client outcomes.
• Lead complex research and analysis, translate business problems into hypotheses and practical solutions, craft high-quality outputs.
• Develop the value case, validate with senior colleagues and clients, and drive AI diagnostic and strategy engagements.
• Lead AI transformation engagements from prioritised use cases to production, coordinating delivery across capabilities and vendors.
