Job summary

Welocity is recruiting on behalf of NowVertical for a commercially minded Director, Solutions Consulting to lead complex enterprise opportunities at the intersection of sales, consulting and AI innovation. This senior leadership role translates business challenges into data and AI solutions and delivers scoped engagements that drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership with 10+ years in solutions consulting or presales.
• Proven ability to shape opportunities from discovery to engagement.
• Experience delivering billable consulting engagements in data/AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise discovery and value engineering to quantify ROI and impact.
• Design AI-led solutions using modern cloud platforms and demos.
• Structure early-value consulting engagements and pilots with clear scopes.
• Own engagement pricing, packaging and SoWs for executive approval.
• Build and mentor a solutions consulting and presales function.
• Contribute to market positioning and client workshops with executives.
