Job summary

Snyk is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to own the technical strategy for Evo and AI-era opportunities. You will be the technical voice bridging developers, security leaders, and C-suite priorities in the EMEA Enterprise landscape.

You will lead ROI-focused evaluations, pilots, and business cases, working with Account Directors to shape a compelling security narrative and drive land-and-expand initiatives from London.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling into IT Security within large organisations.
• 5+ years of Solutions Engineering (or comparable technical role) on £500K+ opportunities.
• Some exposure to software development and Application Security experience.
• Hands-on exposure to AI/LLM systems in a technical capacity.
• Exceptional communication skills with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Evo & Securing AI narrative: translate AI-native development risk into a compelling case for engineering and security leadership.
• Architect Technical Strategy: co-lead sales strategy with Account Directors for enterprise opportunities.
• Engineer Business Value: define North Star security goals and map Evo capabilities to business outcomes.
• Quantify Economic Impact: build ROI and TCO models for C-suite decision-makers.
• Run Hands-On Technical Evaluations: scope proofs of concept and pilots across agentic AI and MCP servers.
• Drive Strategic Engagement: present value proposition to CISOs, CTOs, and Distinguished Engineers.
• Execute Land & Expand Initiatives: identify secondary value streams to broaden Snyk's footprint.
• Influence the Product Ecosystem: feed field insight back into Evo roadmap.
