Job summary

Snyk seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead the technical narrative for Evo and AI-era security within large UK-based enterprises. You will align technical strategy with executive goals, co-manage high-value opportunities, and demonstrate solid ROI through pilots and POCs.

You’ll bridge development and security leadership, quantify business impact, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to secure long-term partnerships. Hybrid London-based role with global impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling IT security in large organisations.
• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering on £500K+ opportunities.
• Some exposure to software development and AppSec.
• Hands-on with AI/LLM systems, agentic AI or MCP tooling.
• Exceptional communication guiding exec-level stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, cloud-native architectures and DevOps.
• Background in Value Engineering and ROI narratives.
• Bias for action with ability to unblock complex deals.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Evo & Securing AI narrative for enterprise opportunities.
• Architect technical strategy with Account Directors for high-stakes deals.
• Engineer business value with North Star security goals mapping to Evo.
• Quantify ROI and TCO to justify C-suite decisions.
• Run proofs of concept and pilots across AI and AppSec surfaces.
• Present and defend Snyk's value to CISOs, CTOs, and engineers.
• Drive land-and-expand initiatives to broaden Snyk's footprint.
• Influence product roadmap with field insights and customer feedback.
