Job summary

Snyk is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to own the technical strategy for complex, AI-era opportunities. You will lead Evo's narrative, bridge developer workflows with security leadership, and quantify ROI for enterprise priorities across the EMEA landscape.

You will collaborate with Account Directors to drive technical wins, run proofs of concept, and present value to C-suite stakeholders while working in a hybrid model from London.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling into IT Security within large organisations.
• 5+ years of Solutions Engineering experience on £500K+ opportunities.
• Some exposure to software development and AppSec.
• Hands-on exposure to AI/LLM systems and agentic AI tooling.
• Exceptional communication skills for executive-level engagements.
• Deep technical understanding of the SDLC, cloud-native architectures and DevOps.
• Background in Value Engineering with ROI articulation.
• Bias for action mindset to solve blockers in complex environments.
• Based in or around London, UK, with hybrid work from Snyk's London office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Evo & Securing AI narrative for AI-era opportunities.
• Architect Technical Strategy with Account Directors on enterprise deals.
• Engineer Business Value by mapping Evo to measurable business outcomes.
• Quantify Economic Impact with ROI/TCO models for C-suite decisions.
• Run Hands-On Technical Evaluations covering agentic AI and MCP server scenarios.
• Drive Strategic Engagement with CISOs, CTOs and Distinguished Engineers.
• Execute Land & Expand Initiatives to broaden Snyk's footprint within enterprises.
• Influence the Product Ecosystem by feeding field insights back to Roadmap.
