Job summary

Netskope is seeking a strategic Vice President, Solutions Engineering for EMEA to lead and scale a high‑performing SE organization across multiple countries. You will shape the SE operating model, drive AI-enabled efficiency, and partner with regional and WW Sales to align technical initiatives with revenue objectives.

The role requires executive presence, deep cybersecurity and cloud tech knowledge, and the ability to translate complex technology into business outcomes for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven executive leadership experience building and scaling SE or pre-sales organizations.
• Strong ability to translate technology into business outcomes for CIOs/CISOs/CTOs.
• Experience designing and improving pre-sales methodology and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Solutions Engineering across multi-country EMEA.
• Establish operating model balancing field coverage, account support, and efficiency.
• Drive AI-enabled workflows and automation to improve SE productivity and outcomes.
• Partner with regional and WW Sales to align SE strategy with revenue goals.
• Represent Netskope’s technical vision with executives and customers.
