Job summary

Mirus Aircraft Seating is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead Purchasing, Material Planning, Logistics and Supplier Quality Assurance for a growing aerospace manufacturing facility in the UK. You will shape supply chain policy, improve supplier performance and ensure on-time material availability across the product lifecycle.

In this role you will partner with Operations, Engineering and Finance to deliver lean, cost-effective and scalable processes, supporting a high-volume interiors

Qualifications

• Senior supply chain leadership experience in serial production manufacturing.
• Experience across Purchasing, Material Planning, Logistics and Supplier Quality Assurance.
• Aerospace, automotive or similarly complex regulated environment experience.
• Proven supplier relationship management and performance improvement track record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end Supply Chain function (Purchasing, Planning, Logistics, SQA) to support growth.
• Develop and execute procurement strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Negotiate with suppliers and oversee supplier development and onboarding.
• Establish and monitor supplier performance metrics and risk management.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Quality and Engineering to optimize stock turns and working capital.
• Guide NPI/NPD supply chain readiness for new product introductions.
