Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Quality Management Systems within aerospace.
• Comprehensive understanding of ISO9001, AS9102, AS9100, ISO17025, CAA Part 21G & J.
• Proven leadership of a Quality department in regulated manufacturing.
• Lean Six Sigma expertise and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance by managing company approvals to AS9100 and related standards.
• Lead and guide the Quality function across the business.
• Interface with external bodies and customers on quality/regulatory issues.
• Interact with stakeholders on quality matters in Design and Test.
• Manage and improve the Quality Management System and APQP/PFMEA.
• Translate customer requirements into operational procedures for seating and testing.
• Support NPD, design reviews and contract reviews to achieve quality deliverables.
• Create audit schedules and report improvements; manage non-conformances and CAPAs.
• Drive cross-functional problem solving (QRQC, 8D, FMEA, RCCA).
• Ensure timely FAIs and maintain accurate records/documentation.
