Job summary

Mirus Aircraft Seating is seeking a Quality and Compliance Manager to ensure the quality management system, certifications and regulatory approvals align with customer needs. You will provide strategic direction and lead the Quality function across the business.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage audits, respond to non-conformances and support NPD programs, with travel to meet stakeholders. The role requires aerospace QMS experience and a track record of delivering robust quality

Qualifications

Degree level or equivalent in business or technical disciplines.
Experience with Quality Management Systems in aerospace.
Knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100, AS9102, ISO17025, CAA Part 21G & J.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance by managing company approvals (Mirus Aircraft Seating and Mirus Testing Services).
Lead and guide the Quality function.
Communicate with external bodies and customers on quality/regulatory issues.
Interact with internal and external stakeholders on quality matters (design and test).
Manage and improve the Quality Management System to meet performance and customer requirements.
Translate customer requirements into operational procedures for Seating and Testing.
Support NPD programs, design and contract reviews to meet quality deliverables.
Create and implement audit schedules; report improvements.
