Job summary

Mirus Aircraft Seating Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to own the manufacturing facility’s performance. You will lead Production, Warehouse and Manufacturing Engineering, establishing KPIs and driving Lean methods to deliver safety, quality and on-time delivery.

You will shape the operational organisation to support rapid growth, build high-performing teams and ensure compliance with aerospace and regulatory requirements. A hands-on, commercially aware leader is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations in a demanding manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
• IOSH Managing Safely or higher.
• Nominated EASA Form 4 – POA holder.

Responsibilities

• Own overall operational performance of the manufacturing facility, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery.
• Lead Production, Warehouse and Manufacturing Engineering with clear accountability and KPIs.
• Develop and implement the operational strategy to support growth towards high-volume manufacturing.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement, embedding 5S and structured problem solving.
• Manage budgets, resources and investment with clear reporting on performance and risks.
