Job summary

Mirus Aircraft Seating Limited in the United Kingdom seeks a Quality and Compliance Manager to lead our quality and regulatory agenda across seating and testing services. You will drive continuous improvement, own ISO9001/AS9100 compliance, and ensure alignment with customer needs and external requirements.

Travel may be required as part of the role. You will lead a cross-functional quality team, manage approvals, audits and corrective actions, and embed a culture of quality and compliance

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent in business or technical discipline.
• Experience with QMS in aerospace environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance by managing Company approvals (AS9100, ISO 17025, Part 21 G, Part O).
• Lead and guide the Quality function.
• Communicate with external bodies/customers on quality/regulatory issues.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders on quality matters (Design and Test).
• Manage and improve the Quality Management System (APQP, PFMEA).
• Translate customer requirements into procedures for Seating and Testing.
• Support NPD and design reviews to ensure quality deliverables.
• Create and implement audit schedules; report improvements.
• Manage non-conformances and drive corrective actions (QRQC, 8-D, FMEA, RCCA).
• Ensure FAIs are completed with accurate records.
