Job summary

Mirus Aircraft Seating seeks a Project Engineer to coordinate fulfilment of customer orders for aircraft passenger seats from assignment to execution, helping the company meet on-time performance and cost/weight targets.

Experience in manufacturing or engineering project management and familiarity with MS Project are highly valued. Based in the UK, with agile cross-functional collaboration to deliver programs end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Experience of project or programme management within a manufacturing or engineering environment (min 3 years).
• Understanding of project planning software (e.g. MS Project).
• Understanding of how engineered products move from design through to certified, manufactured and delivered hardware.
• Understanding of weight growth and design changes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and establish framework and conditions for fulfilment of customer orders for aircraft passenger seats.
• Manage all aspects of the programme(s): performance, cost, quality and lead-time.
