Job summary

Mirus Aircraft Seating Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer to grow technical and project management skills within a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment. You'll work across Engineering, Programmes, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain, taking increasing ownership of project activities from design to manufacture and delivery.

This role offers hands-on experience with certification, compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in an Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Interest in project or programme management within engineering/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of engineering and customer programmes from design through to manufacture and delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Programmes, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain teams.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling and tracking to meet milestones.
• Assist with managing technical requirements, design changes, risks and actions.
• Contribute to solving technical and project-related challenges through structured problem solving.
• Support programme reviews and provide progress updates on risks and actions.
• Develop understanding of project cost, quality, weight and lead-time drivers.
• Support compliance with customer, aerospace and regulatory requirements.
• Gain practical experience from concept to certification, manufacture and delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
• Build strong relationships across Mirus and with customers and suppliers.
