Job summary

Mirus Aircraft Seating Limited is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead Purchasing, Material Planning, Logistics and Supplier Quality Assurance across a growing aerospace manufacturing facility. The role drives lean processes, stock turns and supplier performance to support serial production.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will shape supply chain policy, manage international logistics, and align procurement strategy with broader manufacturing goals.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing or Procurement within serial production manufacturing.
• Experience leading Purchasing, Material Planning, Logistics and Supplier Quality in aerospace/regulated environments.
• Proven ability to develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies aligned to business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Supply Chain function to provide a commercially focused and responsive service supporting growth.
• Provide leadership across Purchasing, Logistics and Supplier Quality Assurance with clear accountability and KPIs.
• Develop and implement procurement strategy to meet current and future business needs.
• Lead supplier engagement, including contract negotiations and supplier development.
• Develop robust supplier performance management processes and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with Operations, Warehouse, Quality and Finance to improve stock turns and working capital.
• Ensure effective supply chain planning and lean processes across the function.
• Oversee import/export procedures and international logistics.
• Support NPI/NPD and engineering change programs for production readiness.
• Shaped and delivered the company’s operational and supply chain strategy.
