Job summary

A primary care network in Bristol is seeking an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner to enhance clinical practices in a leadership capacity. The role involves overseeing a team of First Contact Practitioners, providing high-quality clinical services to patients, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Physiotherapy and relevant qualifications. This position offers a competitive salary of £50,952 to £57,349 per year, depending on experience, alongside various benefits including flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

  • Completion of an Undergraduate & Masters degrees in Physiotherapy.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Experience in core physiotherapy and MSK physiotherapy.
  • Clinical leadership and management experience.
  • Experience managing clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Lead team of First Contact Practitioners to deliver clinical services.
  • Independently triage, assess, evaluate, and diagnose patients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care.
  • Promote culture of continuous learning and service development.

Education
