The Senior Administrator will support the secretarial and business support functions in a not-for-profit organisation. This temporary role in Brighton requires excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth administrative operations.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems with high accuracy.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for team members and stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the secretarial and business support teams.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information professionally and promptly.
  • Assist with the organisation and execution of events and workshops.
  • Manage office supplies and liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support other ad-hoc tasks as directed by the management team.
Profile
  • A successful Senior Administrator should have:
