We are seeking an exceptionally organised and proactive Office & Operations Manager / EA to ensure the smooth running of a busy private office while delivering high-level support across directors, finance, projects, investments, and property management. This is a pivotal role that underpins the efficiency of the entire organisation and would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment. The office is based in South East London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, continuously improving systems, processes, and facilities.
  • Manage a small property portfolio, including maintenance, suppliers, tenants, compliance, and relationship management.
  • Handle financial administration, including accounts payable, expenses, reporting, and maintaining strong financial controls (Dext, Xero).
  • Coordinate internal and external projects, ensuring clear timelines, documentation, and effective communication across teams.
  • Support investment administration, including documentation management and liaison with external advisers.
  • Provide executive and personal assistance to directors, including diary and travel management, and operational support across priorities.
About You
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a senior administrative or office management role, ideally within a private office, investment, or financial environment.
  • Degree-educated with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial/office systems.
  • Highly organised, commercially astute, and able to anticipate and solve problems independently.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and confident working with senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
