  • Ensure all enquiries and feedback are dealt with efficiently.
Job description

We are seeking an organised and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to support the effective management of our school office. The role involves planning, monitoring and prioritising administrative workloads, anticipating termly demands, and supporting Admissions and Appeals administration.

Responsibilities
  • Line‑manage members of the office team, including reception, medical and reprographics staff, ensuring effective deployment and supporting professional development.
  • Proofread correspondence and maintain stationery stock levels.
  • Manage SLT on‑call and triage CPOMs alerts (level 3 safeguarding training provided).
  • Act as Educational Visits Co‑ordinator (training provided).
  • Ensure all enquiries and feedback are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner.
Work Schedule

8:30am – 4:00pm Monday, 8:30am – 4:30pm Tuesday to Friday.
