Job summary

A leading IT services provider is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Support Engineer for a 2nd and 3rd Line role based in Norwich. This position is on-site and offered on a contract basis for an initial 3-month period with a possibility for extension. Responsibilities include high-level support for IT systems, management of Citrix and Active Directory, and networking tasks. Competitive and negotiable hourly rates will be provided, applicable both inside and outside of IR35.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd Line IT Infrastructure support across high-level issues.
• Support core infrastructure in a large-scale business within an ITIL environment.
• Manage responsibilities for Citrix and Active Directory services.
