Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of 2nd Line IT Experience.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP Networking and DNS.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Familiarity with Windows 11 and Office 365.
• Hardware and printer support skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently.
• Support Microsoft 365 and user administration.
• Assist with device deployment and user onboarding.
• Work with third-party suppliers when required.
