Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of 2nd line IT experience.
• Experience with Windows and Office 365 administration; Active Directory.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently.
• Support Microsoft 365 and user administration.

Our client is seeking a strong 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their growing internal IT function. Working as part of a collaborative IT team, youll provide 2nd line support to end users, maintain core infrastructure, and play a key role in ensuring systems remain secure, reliable and efficient.
